We offer direct billing with all major insurance companies as well as many of the smaller ones.
Don’t worry – we’ll handle the claim process to make it stress-free for you. Just give us a call if you have any questions about whether your insurance will cover our dental treatments.
Information We Need From You
To help you with your insurance claim, we’ll need some info from you. Share with us your insurance company's name, policy number, and dental plan number.
We’ll keep this information for all your future visits. And remember, always have your insurance card when you come to see us. If you’re unsure about any details, check with your work's HR team or ask your partner or manager.
If your insurance company is new to us, no problem! We are happy to take care of the paperwork where we can and get you the care that you deserve.
Post-Appointment Process
Once your appointment is over, we’ll take care of sending the bill to your insurance. You’ll get a statement showing what the insurance paid and your own contribution. If there's a balance, you'll cover it, but we’re always here to assist you with the details.
No Insurance? No Problem!
Even without dental insurance plans, managing your dental expenses is still possible at Lakeview Dental. We offer interest-free payment plans for major cosmetic treatments, and we also accept credit cards.

We have been seeing Dr. Greg and his team for over a year since they 1st opened! Amazing dental care. My 3 year old son loves it here and my husband was given an important referral to a specialist. Very happy to have Lakeview Dental so close to home!
